1. Can I customize my gift?

Yes! Many of our products can be customized. You can contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements, and we'll help you create something special.

2. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your product, choose the available options, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available for eligible orders and locations.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the product. The estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout or communicated after your order is confirmed

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information. You can also use our Track Order option to check your shipment status.

6. How are the bouquets packaged?

Our bouquets are carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage during transportation. Special care is taken with products containing delicate or collectible items.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation depends on the order status. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to request a cancellation.

8. Do you offer refunds or replacements?

9. Can I request a specific design?

Absolutely! Send us your preferred colour combination, theme, reference image, or customization idea on WhatsApp, and we'll let you know what is possible.

10. Can I order gifts for birthdays and special occasions?

Yes! Curated&Co. creates gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, proposals, graduations, friendships, and other special occasions.
